Hi, Anonymous the vast majority of service, parts fiche, and owners manuals on the internet are 'FREE' to download and all service manuals contain wiring diagrams in the back pages. The rest usually charge a modest fee around $10 and there is a handful of obscure, rare, obsolete, and very old models that are no longer or never were available, for these rare occasions I shall look on eBay and find the cheapest one available. Most of the manuals will cover your exact make, model, and year otherwise one will be provided that comes as close as possible to your bike and will have most of the same info that an exact manual would have. If there is no $ sign after the manual link it is free to download for viewing or printing.

To download your manual please click on the blue links below. Good luck and have a wonderful day Btw, I’m available to help over the phone in case u need.

• 42 Answers SOURCE: Here's the problem - If you indeed had your rear shoes replaced, and a 'full' brake job performed, then someone did not do one or all of the following; A.) Resurface the drum to a smooth surface. B.) They did resurface it but never got rid of the ridge that develops where the side of the brake pads rubs the inside rim of the drum. C.) They pur on really hardened brake shoes (riveted semi-metallic) and did not knock the brake dust out of the drum completely and it is causing a harmonic vibration (squeaking) when the brakes are applied and/or let off. D.) Someone did not wash the drum correctly and a combination of A,B or C. Hope that helps. Toyota Dyna Workshop Manual.

Try removing the drum, if you feel comfortable, spraying it down with non-chlorinated brake parts cleaner (CRC or Carquest preferrably) and then letting it dry for a few minutes. Take a file or some rough sand paper to the contact surface of your brake shoes, and to the ridge and wall of your drum where the brake shoes contact. You'll see what I mean when you remove the drum.

Also make sure that the shoes are returning when you let off of the brake lever, but don't push it much without the drum on if you can help it. If they don't return, then you may need a new return spring setup, again, this should have been done by the person who did the brake job - if that's the case. Plan B..take the bike back to the lazy shop that did this half-*** brake job and make them correct it with a proper brake repair or have them refund your money and have it done elsewhere.
